He brings his vast experience to bear on a well-trained team of staff in ensuring quality and safety of fish products through every step of the process and across the supply chain.

A fully functional and approved Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system is in place to ensure product safety. The HACCP system is based on a firm foundation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a high level of hygiene in the processing plant.
